{"id":1042,"date":"2024-11-04T17:07:09","date_gmt":"2024-11-04T17:07:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/thebighopeletters.com\/?p=1042"},"modified":"2025-06-14T02:22:14","modified_gmt":"2025-06-14T02:22:14","slug":"level-up","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/thebighopeletters.com\/?p=1042","title":{"rendered":"Level Up"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Congratulations!\u00a0 You unlocked a small miracle!\u00a0 That\u2019s what I think when I notice something small that I could claim as my own doing, but I&#8217;ve learned the power of recognizing God in my life.<\/p><p>I remember once, riding home from Canada with a friend.&nbsp; I was sleeping in the passenger seat and he was driving.&nbsp; Somehow I woke up just in time to say something, waking him up enough to get back on the road.<\/p><p>Or, what about the time I was feeling so sad and lonely, walking into a store and this man who was loading his car stopped, turned around, and said happy Pioneer Day.&nbsp; That completely changed how I was feeling.&nbsp; How could he know?<\/p><p>Earlier this year, my daughter from another mother asked me to play softball.&nbsp; It had been 20 years since I played.&nbsp; I told her no.&nbsp; It had been too long and I was too old.&nbsp; She coaxed me into playing just one game.&nbsp; One game turned into 2 seasons!&nbsp; Playing softball this year has brought me so much joy!&nbsp; If it had been anyone else, I would have said no and stuck with it.&nbsp; It took her asking me, and I think God knew that.<\/p><p>I could go on.\u00a0 So many little experiences that were small actions that I could just say happened.\u00a0 They were of my own doing.\u00a0 But there\u2019s a secret with recognizing these little things that God does in our lives.\u00a0 It\u2019s this:\u00a0 When you recognize Him in your lives, even in the smallest details, you open the door to even more miracles, small ones and larger ones that He wants to pour out to you.\u00a0 He loves you.\u00a0 This small effort you put towards your relationship with Him has the potential to grow and that\u2019s what it\u2019s all about.\u00a0 Finding Him.<\/p><p>God bless friends and happy Monday!<\/p><p>Jennie<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Congratulations!\u00a0 You unlocked a small miracle!\u00a0 That\u2019s what I think when I notice something small that I could claim as my own doing, but I&#8217;ve learned the power of recognizing God in my life.
